No. All of our storage rentals are offered on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to store for as little or as long as you need. There are no long-term contracts or lengthy commitments, so if your storage needs change, you can easily move out at the end of any rental month with proper notice. Yes! To make your move easier, we provide a complimentary enclosed move-in truck for new customers (subject to availability). Your peace of mind is our priority. Our facility is equipped with individually alarmed storage units, 24/7 recorded video surveillance, and controlled gate access to help keep your belongings secure. We also have on-site management and well-lit grounds to provide an added layer of security for our customers.

You can access your storage unit every day from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 365 days a year. Our extended access hours make it easy to retrieve or store your belongings whenever it's most convenient for you.

Yes! Climate-controlled units are available at all Stor-House locations. They maintain a consistent temperature and humidity range year-round, which matters for anything sensitive to moisture or temperature swings: wood furniture, electronics, photographs, important documents, and musical instruments. Standard (non-climate-controlled) units work fine for most household goods, tools, and seasonal items that aren't temperature-sensitive.

Yes! We carry a variety of moving and packing supplies available for purchase right in our office. Whether you need boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, mattress covers, or other moving essentials, we've got you covered. It's a convenient way to pick up everything you need for your move in one place.

We provide secure document shredding services for both personal and business documents. Simply drop off your paperwork at any of our locations, and we'll ensure it is securely destroyed. We also offer media shredding and hard drive destruction for sensitive electronic data, giving you peace of mind that your confidential information is properly disposed of. We ask for 10 days' written or online notice before your move-out date. Since everything is month-to-month, there's no penalty for leaving, just let us know in time so we can close out your account cleanly.

We offer covered and fully-enclosed parking spaces for vehicles, RVs, and boats at our Puyallup and Renton locations. Spaces accommodate vehicles from 18 up to 40 feet in length. You'll need current registration and insurance on file. Contact your nearest location or click the links above for available space sizes and current rates.
