Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How does it work?
A: Simply bring your sensitive materials to any one of our easy access drop-off locations, and a staff member will bring a mobile locking tote to your vehicle. Once you place your materials in the bin, the bin is locked and then securely staged for shredding. A Certificate of Destruction can be made available for your records.
Q: Do I have to remove staples and paper clips?
A: State of the art equipment from our shredding partners handle staples and paper clips with ease.
Q: Do you accept computer media?
A: Unfortunately, we are not equipped to do so at this time.
Q: Do you accept x-ray film?
A: Yes, we can accept x-ray film, as long as it is separated from the rest of your media. The charge for x-ray shredding is $20 per file box, or $120 to fill a 64-gallon tote.
